The hotel's location is undeniably convenient being close to the airport.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no complimentary water. I had to purchase some at the airport shop! the air conditioning was difficult to regulate, so it was not easy to get the room temperature right.

The staff was super fast with check in. The showers were excellent and very clean. I have stayed in this hotel for 15 years and will always choose it for layovers. This location has perfect proximity to the Airport, and it is a great hotel for commuters.
I landed early and was tired. The check in took a while as the trainee needed help from a colleague. I was told early check in would be an extra charge and they tried to upsell another room.

my twin room had all the expected amenities. the room was cleaned well during my absence. i found the staff pleasant and helpful (especially nataliia at rise restaurant). the gym and sauna offered a nice break .
i noticed that the water bottle in the room was exclusively for ranking hilton members.
